Antony Morato and 360° collection management with Kubix Link

In an increasingly competitive market, Antony Morato found that it needed to migrate to technologically more advanced solutions with more externally-oriented functionalities, so that it could involve its suppliers in its business process.

The main requirement was therefore to introduce a new system to manage the entire collection lifecycle, from design to making manufacturable, through the introduction of various innovations and evolutions that its existing asset did not offer.

With the Kubix Link solution – which covers the entire product development process both within the company and externally, and which can transform data into usable information – Lectra was able to meet the brand’s needs. Also vital to the process was the technology used to create the solution, combined with an in-depth knowledge of fashion processes, and native integration with the Stealth 3000 management system.

The cloud platform used for Lectra’s Kubix Link processes provides the basis for linking communications and interactions within the organization. It puts all data and key information at the fingertips of internal and external users in real time, making communication more fluid and efficient. The result: automation of processes for greater efficiency

Just six months after the project kickoff, the team at Antony Morato successfully set up the core functions, i.e. those necessary to prevent the company’s business processes from slowing down or coming to a stop. In the following six months, they focused on refinement and consolidation, as well as on using the completely new functionalities that they had been able to introduce.

The first objective we achieved with Kubix Link was to be able to analyze and evaluate productivity, both at collection level and for individual users. We couldn’t do this before, mainly because we lacked the right tools. From the outset it was clear that automating certain processes previously performed manually delivered significant time savings. For example, with the previous system, if the information related to an asset changed, this had to be entered manually for each item to be modified; now we have a mass update tool that speeds up the procedure.
