Founded in 1998 with five employees and a 4,200-m² production floor, Euroline now employs 1,500 people over four sites in Poland, operates in 41,000 m² of production space, and is among Poland’s top five upholstered furniture manufacturers.
Euroline wants to seize opportunity for growth by providing fast, efficient on-demand production
Made-to-order furniture is the most recent segment of Euroline’s business, but one the company wants to develop. According to Pawel Suchorski, the managing director, “Today, a more individual approach to each client is expected. Customer expectations are going in the direction of unique or less repeatable products.” However, like many other companies in the industry, Euroline has to wrestle with increased competition, higher consumer expectations and a shortage of skilled workers.
